If the item is in stock, it's ready to ship immediately. For custom orders, it usually takes just a few days to make the finished project, not including shipping. The exact timing depends on how many orders we have that month, the size of the crochet project and the amount of details it requires.

We review every order manually to ensure perfection. After you place an order, we'll contact you to confirm details and send a secure payment link (Bit, PayBox, or Credit Card). Please make sure to check your email after placing an order on the website. If you do not respond within 4 days, your order will no longer be valid.

Please note that every item is handmade, so we cannot guarantee it will look exactly like the one pictured online – that's the charm of handmade work.

Important to remember: when ordering a custom doll, please describe in detail how you want it to look. We also recommend sending us pictures to help us understand your vision and bring it to life!

We use premium, super-soft yarn selected for its durability and feel. We use soft yarns made from a blend of acrylic and cotton, or cozy chenille, depending on the doll you choose. For custom orders, we provide professional recommendations on the best type of yarn to use for your doll.

No, Stuffer products with safety eyes are not safe for babies or children under three years old, as these parts can pose a choking hazard. We clearly label these products to ensure parents are aware and can make safe choices.

But don't worry! We care deeply about your child's safety. That's why we offer a special "Baby Safe" collection — all dolls and products in this line are made without safety eyes and with fully embroidered details, so everyone can enjoy them safely from birth.

Since each Stuffer is made to order, we generally don't accept returns. Our products should be handled with care to ensure their longevity; any damage caused by improper use will not be accepted by us. We are committed to delivering the product to the highest standard, so if a defect is found that resulted from the production process, please contact us on one of our platforms.
